When Properly matched with a variable speed indoor unit from Trane, the XL20i has another special feature called Comfort-R. By Enhancing the airflow, Comfort-R gives you greater humidity control during the cooling cycle. During system start-up, the fan starts slightly slower before reaching full speed. Comfort-R also provides warmer air during heating start-up. When properly managing these run cycles, room to room temperature variances are improved for the optimum in home comfort.
The XL20i SEER rating of up to 19.00 and HSPF of 9.00 make it the most efficient choice for home comfort.
